GrabFood expands to more cities

HCM CITY — Grab has announced that its food delivery service, GrabFood, will be expanded to  一 二 more cities and provinces in Việt Nam, taking the total number where it is available to  一 五.

They are Cần Thơ, Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng, Huế, Nha Trang, Vũng Tàu, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, Đà Lạt, Phan Thiết, Buôn Ma Thuột, and Hội An.

Grabfood said there has been tremendous growth in the use of its app by consumers, merchants and delivery partners, making it the fastest growing food delivery service in the country.

The number of orders has increased by  二 五 times in the last seven months, it said.

“Thanks to our large delivery network, we have been able to reduce our average delivery time to just  二0 minutes in central HCM City and Hà Nội, making us the most efficient food delivery service in Việt Nam,” Demi Yu, regional head of GrabFood Thailand, Malaysia, Việt Nam, and the Philippines, said.

Grab said it continues to innovate to provide the best experience for customers. All customers receive GrabRewards points for every order and can be used to redeem deals from the company and its partnering merchants, it said.

Soon customers in the  一 二 new provinces and cities will be able to pay with GrabPay by Moca.

Grab is one of the most frequently used O 二O mobile platforms in Southeast Asia, providing some vital everyday services.
